NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
AND PUBLIC HEARING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Woodburn and the Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency, Marion County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn. The meeting will take place on the 7th day of May, 2016 at 9:00 am. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 25, 2016 at 270 Montgomery Street, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm and can also be found on the City of Woodburn website www.ci.woodburn.or.us.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

The meeting may also include a public hearing to discuss possible uses of state revenue sharing funds.
