NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TITLE VII—FORMULA GRANT THROUGH THE OFFICE OF INDIAN EDUCATION

David Douglas School District will host a public hearing regarding our application for the Indian Education Formula Grant Program (Title VII) to provide Indian students with the opportunity to meet the same challenging state standards as all other students, and meet the unique educational and culturally related academic needs of American Indian and Alaska Native students.

The informative hearing will be held in conjunction with the Board’s April meeting and will provide an opportunity for the public, including parents and students, to become more familiar with the Title VII program. We will invite input about our students’ needs and our proposed objectives.
