NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
PROPOSED FY 2015-2016 BUDGET
The Tigard Water District will hold a Public Hearing on its proposed Fiscal Year 2015-2016 budget during its Board of Commissioners Meeting on May 11, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the Tigard Library at 13500 SW Hall Blvd. in Tigard, Oregon. Copies of the proposed budget will be available to the public on April 30, 2015 at the Tigard Public Library. This budget has been prepared on accrual based accounting principles as in prior years.
The 2015-2016 Budget expects revenue from the District’s 1% share of water revenues in its boundaries to be $39,762, which is on par with last year’s budget amount. Interest earnings are expected to increase to $728. The District receives no other significant revenues. The District’s budget requirements are expected to be $31,929 for Materials and Services and $4,785 for Contingencies. This compares to $34,191 and $5,000 respectively in the 2014-2015 Budget.
