In the Matter of the ALEXANDER PARK CHAMBERLAIN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT dated September 11, 1995, as restated and amended on January 6, 2009.
Notice is hereby given that Alexander P. Chamberlain, the settlor of the Alexander Park Chamberlain Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated September 11, 1995, as restated and amended on January 6, 2009, died on January 19, 2016. Mariellen Carter is the trustee of the Alexander Park Chamberlain Revocable Living Trust. All persons having claims against the settlor are required to present them, with proper invoices or evidence in support of the claim, to the undersigned trustee in care of the undersigned attorney at: 6400 SE Lake Rd Ste 440, Portland, OR 97222, within four months after date of first publication of this notice, as stated below, or such claims may be barred.
All persons whose rights may be affected by the proceedings in this trust may obtain additional information from the records of the Court, the trustee, or the attorney for the trustee.
