Sealed bids will be received by Washougal School District No.112-06, at the front desk of the District Administration Building, 4855 Evergreen Way, Washougal WA 98671 until 2:00 p.m. PST, Thursday, May 19, 2016. Work will consist of a new pre-engineered metal building, paved area for bus parking, an employee parking lot, landscaping, fencing, other associated site work, and interior building improvements to provide a vehicle maintenance bay, storage, and office space. Bids will be opened and read aloud, immediately after the closing time, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening.
A pre-bid conference for Contractors interested in bidding this project will be conducted at 1:30 pm PST, May 4, 2016, in the Board Room at the District Administration Building, 4855 Evergreen Way, Washougal WA 98671. A tour of the site will follow the pre-bid conference.
