REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING STUDY
TILLAMOOK COUNTY, OR
Proposals due: April 29, 2016 @ 3:00 pm
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being conducted by Tillamook County Community Action Resource Enterprises (CARE) on behalf of the Task Force for the purposes of selecting a consultant to
provide a comprehensive housing study for Tillamook County Oregon. The study
will provide information about the type, size, location and price of housing required to meet the current and future needs of county residents. It will also analyze the market forces, planning and zoning
regulations, and local barriers that impact housing in Tillamook County.
To be considered interested parties must submit their proposals as set forth in the RFP which can be downloaded from CARE’s website at www.careinc.org, or a printed copy can be obtained at CARE’s office at 2310 First Street, Suite 2, Tillamook OR 97141, or by contacting the CARE office at 503-842-5261 between the hours of 9am and 3pm Monday through Friday.
Responses to the RFP must be submitted to CARE at 2310 First Street, Suite 2, Tillamook, OR 97141 no later than April 29 at 3pm (PST). The Housing Task Force reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at its sole discretion. The Housing Task Force will not pay costs incurred by the applicants associated with responding to this RFP. The Housing Task Force reserves the right to cancel this RFP process at its discretion. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP shall be considered public information.
