REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR 105TH BLAKE 108TH
CONCEPT STUDY
TUALATIN, OR

Notice is hereby given that the City of Tualatin invites qualified consultants to submit proposals to provide professional engineering services to produce a Concept Study for transportation improvements along the 105th Street, Blake Street, 108th Street road alignment.
Consultants are invited to submit a proposal outlining their project understanding and approach, communication strategy, availability, project team, experience, and quality of service. The proposal should demonstrate writing style, completeness, and clarity.
The Request for Proposals documents may be obtained at the City of Tualatin’s Bid Management System Website http://bids.tualatinoregon.gov/.
Consultants must be registered with the Bid Management System to view or print solicitation documents; registration is at no cost. Proposals, in an envelope clearly listing the vendor name and solicitation title will be received by Dominique Huffman, Project Manager at: 18880 SW Martinazzi Avenue, Tualatin OR 97062, not later than 4:30pm, April 25, 2016.
