Proposals are requested from qualified housing providers for the award of up to 20 Project Based Vouchers serving homeless families with children in Gresham, Oregon. Home Forward is working in partnership with the City of Gresham to issue and manage this selection process. Home Forward will accept Proposals until 10:00 AM, May 3, 2016 at Home Forward’s Purchasing Department located at 135 SW Ash Street, 5th Floor, Portland, Oregon 97204. Proposals should be clearly marked with the respondent’s name and address and the RFP title and number. Proposals should be sent either electronically as pdf files or by original document and delivered to the attention of:
