REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: EDUCATIONAL FACILITY PLANNING AND COMMUNITY
SERVICES
CLOVERDALE, OR
Proposals due: May 9, 2016 @ 4:00 pm
The Nestucca Valley School District (NVSD/District), Cloverdale, Oregon is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist the District in (A) assessing their facilities and developing a Facilities Plan; and (B) facilitating a communications and outreach campaign with district staff and patrons regarding the Facility Plan in preparation for a building bond campaign in the 2016-17 school year.
Proposals will be accepted until May 9, 2016 at 4:00pm. The Evaluation Committee will present a recommendation to the Board of Directors on May 16, 2016. The selected firm may begin work on June 1, 2016. Work on the Facility Plan should be completed by August 31, 2016 and Community Outreach completed by September 30, 2016.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. The RFP does not obligate the District to pay any costs incurred by the respondents in preparation and submission of a proposal. Furthermore the RFP does not obligate the District to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. The successful vendor must comply with the District’s equal opportunity requirements.
