Sealed personal services proposals for Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK, Jr.) Park and Walnut Barn Design and Engineering will be received at the City of Corvallis Parks and Recreation Department, 1310 SW Avery Park Drive, Corvallis, OR 97333. The work consists of completing the design of and developing construction bid documents for the park and barn rehabilitation and upgrades. Conceptual designs are already complete, and a list of park and barn features will be provided. Work will also include supporting the City’s Project Manager through bid period and construction period.
The Request for Proposal document may be examined or obtained for no charge prior to Wednesday May 18, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Corvallis Parks and Recreation Department, 1310 SW Avery Park Drive, Corvallis, OR 97333 or by calling (541) 766-6468.
Sealed proposals must be submitted to Jacqueline Rochefort, Park Planner/Project Manager no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 18, 2016 at Parks and Recreation Administration, 1310 SW Avery Park Drive or mailed to Corvallis Parks and Recreation Department, 1310 SW Avery Park Drive, Corvallis, OR 97333. The sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read on May 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Parks and Recreation Administration.
