PAVING MAINTENANCE PROJECT

The Port of St. Helens is seeking proposals for pavement sealcoating and striping work at its Scappoose Bay Marine Park in Warren. Bid packets containing the RFP for this project may be found on the Port’s website, www.portsh.org; obtained from the Port Offices located at 100 E.
