REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: WILSONVILLE TOWN CENTER REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

The City of Wilsonville is soliciting a Request for Proposals from firms, or teams of firms, with town center and downtown redevelopment master planning experience and expertise in urban planning and design; retail, real estate, and mixed-use development economics; public involvement and communications; smart growth and sustainability for the creation of a Wilsonville Town Center Redevelopment Plan. The Master Plan will develop a specific strategy for policy development and future investment in the Wilsonville Town Center. Work is expected to begin June 2016 and continue through June 2018.
The City’s purpose in using this process will be to evaluate and rank qualified firms who have demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects of similar scope, leading to a negotiated Time and Materials Not to Exceed Professional Services Agreement. The estimated cost range for the services is $280,000 to $340,000.
Request for Proposal packets will be available for download on April 25, 2016 via http://www.ci.wilsonville.or.us/318/Bids-Proposals. Materials will be made available for pick-up within one (1) business day at City of Wilsonville City Hall, 29799 Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, Oregon.
Four (4) complete copies, and one electronic copy, of the Proposal packet must be received on or before 12:00 p.m. local time, May 16, 2016.
