West Linn – Wilsonville School District is seeking qualifications from vendors to provide and install Direct Digital Controls (DDC) for the replacement Sunset Primary School in West Linn. To accomplish this objective the School District is implementing a prequalification selection (ORS 279C.430) process to obtain a select list of eligible Vendors and Installation services. Only prequalified Vendors will be invited to participate in a formal lumpsum bid process. The Sunset Primary School has been designed and will be publicly bid and constructed beginning Late Spring 2016.
The Request for Qualifications may be reviewed at the District Operation Center located at 2755 SW Borland Road, Tualatin, Oregon, 97062, or obtained by email request from the contact named below.
Qualifications will be accepted by Anthony Vandenberg, Program Manager (vandenbt @wlwv.k12.or.us 503-673-7990) at the District Operations Center until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2016 local time after which qualifications will not be accepted. Any and all questions regarding this procurement should be directed to the District’s Program Manager. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates as defined in ORS 279C.800 to ORS 279C.870.
