Details: Benton County, OR. Is accepting quotes form qualified contractors for the “Commanders House Restoration Project”, 38150 Ft. Hoskins Rd., Philomath. The Scope of work involves exterior restoration of the 1860’s era, 16′ x 25′ historic structure including: partial re-siding of exterior walls; re-roof; door and window replacement; rebuild front covered porches; repair and rebuild eaves; replace rotted interior studs; replace wall support beam. Work to be completed by November 4th, 2016.
