Sale of Abandoned Manufactured Home
One (1) 1997 Redman manufactured dwelling, Plate number X239661, Home identification number 285664, Manufacturer’s serial number(s) 11823777AB, has been abandoned by Orie Made. Said property is located at 5200 NE 92nd #16, Portland, OR 97220. Said dwelling shall be sold by private bidding, with sealed bids, and in “AS IS” condition (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Said sale does not include any of the personal property contained within the dwelling which is being sold by separate auction. Bids shall be delivered to Sumner Estates 5200 NE 92nd Avenue #30, Portland, OR 97220 at or before midnight (the end of the day) on the 28th day of April, 2016 and must indicate the bid amount and contact information of the bidder. The minimum bid shall be $4,764.24, paid in cash or cashiers’ check or money order only by purchaser which said amount does not include any unpaid taxes, all of which is to be paid by purchaser.
