McNulty Water People’s Utility District is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Robinette Reservoir Tank Repairs. The scope of work includes performing repairs on a welded steel tank and appurtenances. Construction is anticipated to begin October 10th 2016, be substantially completed within 45 Calendar Days with punch list and final completion on 60 Calendar Days from notice to proceed. The engineer’s estimate is approximately $45,000.
Tank Location: NW Corner of the intersection of Robinette Road and Elladonah Lane 3-miles NW of St Helens, Columbia County, OR – Columbia County Tax Lot 5N2W3600, 100 45.8776 N, -122.8669 W.
Bidders must be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279C in order to enter into a contract with the McNulty. No bid shall be considered unless the bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.

Bids will be accepted in hardcopy form only.
McNulty reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, may reject for good cause any and all bids upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so, and may waive any and all informalities.
