INVITATION TO BID: LOWER MILL
UTILITIES

The Port of Hood River is requesting bids for the installation of all underground utilities at the Lower Mill site in Odell, Oregon 97031. This work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and tools and performing all operations in connection with the construction of sanitary sewers and water distribution system, private utility installation and appurtenances, including excavation, trenching, backfilling and all appurtenant work as required. This is a Prevailing Wage project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.

There is a mandatory project walk-through for prospective prime contractors at the work area scheduled on Wednesday, May 18th at 10:00 AM on-site. Contractors that do not have an authorized presentative attending this walk-through will be considered non-responsive.
Bidders are not required to be pre-qualified under ORS 279C.430. Bids must be addressed to Michael McElwee, Executive Director, Port of Hood River. Bids must be delivered by 10:00 A.M. PDT on Tuesday May 24, 2016 to the Port office located at 1000 E. Port Marina Drive, Hood River OR 97031. Bids will not be accepted after 10:00 A.M. PDT on Tuesday May 24, 2016. Bids will be publicly opened in the Port office immediately following the bid deadline.
