BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
AND
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Budget Committee of the City of Beaverton, Oregon will hold a public meeting on May 24, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon. The purpose of the meeting is to review the proposed Supplemental Budget and budget transfers for the City of Beaverton including the use of revenue sharing funds for the fiscal year 2015-16. Any person may appear to discuss the budget or any part of it.

A Public Hearing on the proposed Supplemental Budget (#S-16-2) will be held at a Special City Council meeting immediately following the Budget Committee Meeting.

In addition, assistive listening devices, sign language interpreters, or qualified bilingual interpreters will be made available at any public meeting or program within 48 hours advance notice.
