NOTICE OF PETITION FOR TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS
Case No. CV AT 1600445
IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
OF THE STATE OF IDAHO IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF ADA
In the matter of the termination of Parental Rights for:
Harley Rose Loveland
TO: DEBORAH LINNE LOVELAND AND THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER OF HARLEY ROSE LOVELAND. Notice is hereby given that a Petition for the Termination of Parental Rights has been filed under Section 16-2005, Idaho Code, praying for termination of the parent/child relationship between the above-named child who was born on March 8, 1999 at Portland, Oregon and her parents and that in order to show reason why this Petition should not be granted, a written response must be filed with the above-entitled Court at 200 W. Front St., Boise, Ada County, Idaho, 83702, by the date of the last publication herein.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED THAT in order to avoid termination of any parental rights you may claim, you must, under Idaho Code Section 16-1513 (3) commence a paternity action in the manner set forth in Idaho Code Section 7-1111 and request, at your own expense, the blood tests provided for in Idaho Code Section 7-116.
If you fail to commence a paternity action and to request the blood tests in the manner as set forth in the above-mentioned statutes prior to the hearing in this matter, you will be barred from thereafter bringing or maintaining any action to establish your paternity of the child and such failure will also constitute abandonment of the child and shall be prima facie evidence of sufficient grounds to support and shall constitute an implied consent to termination of your parental rights and to adoption.
You are further notified that you are entitled to be represented by an attorney of your choice and if counsel is requested and you are financially unable to pay for counsel, counsel will be appointed by the Court.
