Notice of Preliminary Determination for
Groundwater Registration Modification T-12127
T-12127 filed by Mike and Connie Davidson Trustees, Davidson Living Trust, 3988 Davidson Road NE, St Paul, OR 97137, proposes additional points of appropriation and place of use changes under Registration Application GR-1378 (Certificate of Registration GR-1335). The registration allows the use of 280 gpm from Pump Well 2 in Sec. 36, T4S, R2W, WM for irrigation in Sects. 25 and 36. The applicant proposes two additional points of appropriation, one in Sec. 31, T4S, R2W and one in Sec. 36, T4S, R3W, WM and to change the place of use within Sects. 25 and 36. The Water Resources Department has concluded that the proposed modifications appear to meet the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-382-1000.
