The purpose of this Notice is to invite you to a Public Hearing at a Planning Commission meeting on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 155 NW 2nd Ave to review and comment on a Site & Design Review application. The applicant proposes construction of three speculative industrial buildings in 2 phases at 279 S Sequoia Parkway in the Canby Pioneer Industrial Park. The 5.02 acre property is zoned M-2 Heavy Industrial Zone/Canby Industrial Area Overlay (I/O) Zone.
