NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
McMINNVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT

The Board of Directors of the McMinnville School District (MSD), as the Local Contract Review Board for the District, will hold a public hearing on May 25, 2016 at 6:45 pm at the McMinnville School District Offices at 1500 NE Baker St. McMinnville, Oregon. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the District’s draft findings to exempt from competitive bidding, based on detailed specifications, Addition / Renovation at McMinnville High School and Renovation at Cook Elementary School. The proposed findings would authorize construction by means of a construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC). The CM/GC Firms will be selected by competitive proposals prior to the preparation of the final construction documents.
