PURPOSE/PROPOSAL: This is a proposal to vacate a portion of
Kenmore Street; specifically that segment from its intersection with Donna Lynn Way west its terminus – approximately 150 feet in length. If the vacation is approved the right-of-way will be absorbed into private property on either side. Kenmore is a City street and as such any change to the right-of-way requires a public hearing be held before the Planning Commission, from which a recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council. The Council will then make final decision on the request.
