The court case number is 15CV20884 filed out of Yamhill County Circuit Court, where Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is plaintiff and The Estate of Frances Friedrich; The Unknown Heirs and Assigns of Frances Friedrich; The Unknown Devisees of Frances Friedrich; The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, lien or interest in the real property commonly known as 947 NE 25th Street, McMinnville, Oregon 97128, is defendant.
