PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to ORS 63.644, Purple Turtle Property Holdings LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (the “Company”), announces that it is dissolved and that Articles of Dissolution of the Company have been filed effective as of May 3, 2016.
By this notice the Company requests that persons with claims against the Company present them in writing to the Company at the following address: Purple Turtle Property Holdings LLC, c/o Margaret B. Kushner, Stoel Rives LLP, 900 SW Fifth Avenue, Suite 2600, Portland, Oregon 97204.
All claims must be presented with supporting documentation evidencing the name and address of the claimant, amount of claim and background information or documentation supporting the claim.
All claims against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the date of this publication of notice.
