Public Notice of Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Donald, Marion County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 will be held at Donald City Hall, 10710 Main Street, Donald, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 23rd day of May, 2016 at 6:00pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting to discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 20, 2016 at Donald City Hall between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and 8am to noon on Fridays. This notice will also be posted on the City’s community boards and website at: www.donaldoregon.gov.
