Proposals are requested from qualified community providers for the award of multiple contracts for Housing Navigator services to assist high barrier families in locating and securing Housing Choice Voucher assisted housing. A pre-proposal conference will be offered on May 4, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Home Forward, Columbia Room, 6th floor, 135 SW Ash Street, Portland Oregon, 97204. Attendance at the per-proposal conference is optional, but encouraged. Home Forward will accept Proposals until 10:00 AM, May 20, 2016 at Home Forward’s Purchasing Department located at 135 SW Ash Street, 5th Floor, Portland, Oregon 97204. Proposals should be clearly marked with the respondent’s name and address and the RFP title and number. Proposals should be sent either electronically as pdf files or by original document and delivered to the attention of:
