Sealed responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for providing Construction Management/General Contractor Services for the completion of the two-part, 2016 Albany Campus Remodel at Linn-Benton Community College will be accepted by Dave Henderson, or his designee, Elaine McDougal, Calapooia Center Building, Room CC-106, 6500 SW Pacific Blvd., Albany, Oregon 97321, until, but not after the hour of 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2016. The Proposals will be opened at that time and a list of responders prepared.
RFP documents are on file and may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, Room CC-106, (above location) or by calling (541) 917-4332 prior to the proposal opening noted above. Office hours: M-F, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at 10 AM in LBCC Mt Jefferson Room, CC-210, 6500 SW Pacific Blvd., Albany, Oregon.
