The City of Grants Pass, Oregon requests proposals from firms with the expertise and experience for providing consulting services to analyze and update system development charge fees & water, wastewater and stormwater utility rates.
The deadline for submittal submission in response to this request for proposals is Thursday, June 9, 2016 before 3:00 PM local time. The proposals are to be addressed and submitted to the following:

The City of Grants Pass intends to evaluate and rank the proposals using the selection criteria listed within the request for proposal document. At the City’s discretion, interviews may be conducted with the top ranked firm(s).
