Notice is hereby given that Henry L. Bauer, deceased, is/was the trustor of a certain Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated April 9, 2010 (“RLTA”), amended by a Revision thereto dated June 5, 2013.
H. Stephen Bauer and Thomas L. Bauer are the co-trustees of the RLTA. All persons having claims against the RLTA are required to present them in writing to H. Stephen Bauer, 8000 SW Skyhar Drive, Portland, Oregon 97223-6982 within four months after the date of first publication of this notice, as stated below, or such claims may be barred.
