The City of Hillsboro Water Department seeks sealed bids from qualified firms able to provide all equipment, materials and labor to remove and dispose of an existing CMU building, waterlines, site trees and concrete walls of the old open reservoir. The firm shall complete proposed improvements including internal and external painting of the existing 0.9 MG steel reservoir, reservoir access, safety accessories, inlet, outlet, and overflow piping, construction of new access road and retaining wall around the reservoir, construction of new storage building, detention pond, site grading, fencing, electrical, mechanical, piping, utility vault and all other site improvements and work as shown on design drawings and described in specifications.
There is pre-qualification process for this ITB.
Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10 am on June 10, 2016 at the City of Hillsboro Water Department 150 E. Main Street, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123, Room 333 and will be followed by a site visit to the reservoir located at 6201 SW Old Highway 47, Gaston, OR 97119, Washington County.
Sealed bids will be received at: City of Hillsboro Water Department 150 E. Main Street, Hillsboro, OR 97123 no later than 2:00 pm on July 1, 2016. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive.
