SEISMIC UPGRADE

Gerding Builders, LLC (OR CCB# 193549) is serving as the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Philomath Fire and Rescue Seismic Upgrade in Philomath, OR. The project value is approximately $750,000 consisting of a roughly 17,000 sf seismic upgrade. The scope of work includes: structural steel, rough carpentry, roofing, siding, joint sealants, and replacement of finishes disturbed.
