The property is addressed as 7400 SW Scholls Ferry Road, and is identified as Tax Lot 03700 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S1 23DB. The property is currently designated Washington County Institutional land use and zoning. This designation will change to the most restrictive abutting zone designation, as required by the Urban Planning Area Agreement, which is Urban Standard Density (R-7) Zoning and Neighborhood Residential Standard Density (NR-SD) Land Use Designation. Specific criteria for the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment are contained in Section 1.5.1 of the Comprehensive Plan. The specific criteria for the Zoning Map Amendment are contained in Development Code Section 40.97.15.4.C.
