90 DAY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Woodburn City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 12, 2016, 7:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 270 Montgomery St., Woodburn, OR, regarding the proposed adoption of a parks system development charges (SDC) methodology by the City of Woodburn. If adopted, the proposed local parks SDC methodology will go into effect for all applicable permits applied for on or after October 13, 2016.
The proposed parks SDC methodology will be available for public review on July 12, 2016 on the City’s website at: http://www.ci.woodburn.or.us/?q=parks or at Woodburn City Hall, 270 Montgomery St, Woodburn, OR 97071. Woodburn City Hall office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
