REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: WESTPORT SLOUGH RESTORATION PROJECT
COLUMBIA COUNTY, OR
Proposals due: June 23, 2016 @ 4:00 pm
Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce (CREST) solicits and invites the submission of proposals by companies with demonstrated skills and experience in the construction of tidal restoration projects for the implementation of the Westport Slough Restoration Project.
Proposals shall be received in the office of CREST 818 Commercial Street, Suite 203, Astoria OR 97103 no later than 4pm Thursday June 23rd, 2016. E-mail or fax submittals will not be accepted. There will be a mandatory pre-bid visit on site at 12pm Thursday, June 16th, 2016. Interested bidders should RSVP and confirm details with Jason Smith (CREST Project Manager) by EOB on Monday, June 13th, 2016.
