CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
BEND – LA PINE, OR

The Administrative School District #1 – Bend-La Pine Schools requests proposals from qualified firms for comprehensive design services for the construction of building and site improvements to the Bend Transportation Building and Bear Creek Elementary School. The basic program includes: Bend Transportation Building – provide permanent transportation administrative offices including asphalt parking lot expansion and finishing site light upgrade; add two work bays including bus lifts, plumbing replacement, and electrical upgrade; and replace roof on mechanical shop. Bear Creek Elementary School – remodel and expansion of the kitchen. Request for a complete RFP Package including project scope, specifications, and clarifications shall be directed to Facilities Development, Bend-La Pine Schools, to the attention of Cathy Barkee at: cathy.barkee@bend.k12.or.us. Sealed proposals shall be received no later than 2:00p.m., current local time, July 19, 2016 at:

The Administrative School District #1 is not responsible for any costs of any proposers incurred while submitting proposal; all proposers who respond to solicitations do so solely at their own expense.
