In accordance with ORS 279B.070, the Madras Redevelopment Commission (the “MRC”) is informally soliciting qualifications from qualified persons or firms to provide commercial real estate development recruiting services for and on behalf of the MRC concerning the Madras Urban Renewal District (the “District”).
