Second Step Housing, as the managing member of Meadows Apartments LLLP, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify the general contractor whom it will negotiate for a guaranteed maximum price contract for the construction. The Project is financed with Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME funds from the City of Vancouver, State of Washington Housing Trust Fund grant loan and other sources. Estimated construction start is early 2017.
