NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Proposed Water Rate and
System Development Charge Increase

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Utilities Commission in the Civic Center Room 113B, 150 E. Main Street, First Floor, Hillsboro at 7:00 PM on July 12, 2016. The Commission will consider a 9% increase in retail rates and a .1% increase in wholesale rates, to be effective October 1, 2016. The Commission will also consider a 20% increase in System Development Charges, to be effective March 1, 2017.

Information may be obtained by calling the Utilities Commission offices, at 503-615-6702. All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting and will be given opportunity to be heard concerning this matter. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may submit written testimony to the Utilities Commission, 150 E Main Street, Third Floor, Hillsboro, OR 97123, as long as it is received on or before the hearing date.
