INVITATION TO BID PROJECT WW 10-08: NOLAN STORM WATER
REDMOND, OR
Bids due: August 10, 2016 @ 2:30 pm
Sealed bids for the construction of the City of Redmond, Nolan Storm Water Project WW 10-08, addressed to the City Recorder, City of Redmond, Oregon will be received until 2:30 PM local time at the City Recorder’s office, City Hall, 716 SW Evergreen Avenue, Redmond, Oregon, on August 10, 2016 and then publicly opened and read at 2:30 PM in Conference Room D, City Hall, Redmond, Oregon. First tier subcontractor list is required to be submitted by 4:30 PM, same day (Note: The first tier subcontractor list may also be submitted with the sealed bid at contractor’s preference). Bids shall be clearly labeled: Nolan Storm Water Project WW 10-08.
No mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held. No bid will be accepted by a general contractor who is not on the plan holders list.
This is a Public Works Contract and subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Wage Rates, dated July 1, 2016 and amendments for region 10 as defined under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
Scope of Work: Construct new 12″ and 18″ storm water conveyance system in SW Glacier Avenue from SW 25th east to SW 23rd Street, terminating at large drywell gallery on the eastside of SW 23rd Street. New ADA ramps, sidewalk, curb, 6″ D.I. water line, fire hydrant relocation, and over laying of street.
