The Lake Oswego Redevelopment Agency Board will consider the purchase of real property at the Tuesday, July 19, 2016 meeting. The meeting will convene at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 380 A Avenue.

LORA RESOLUTION 16-05

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE LAKE OSWEGO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO ACCEPT AN ASSIGNMENT OF THE PURCHASER’S INTEREST IN AN AGREEMENT BY STURGEON DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY AT 504 N STATE STREET AND 27 B AVENUE FOR THE FUTURE NORTH ANCHOR PROJECT.
