of a State Chartered Bank
MBank of Gresham, Oregon intends to apply to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for permission to establish a branch at 7663 SW Nyberg St, Tualatin, OR 97062. The FDIC considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the FDIC at the San Francisco Regional Office (25 Jessie Street at Ecker Square, Suite 2300, San Francisco, CA 94105-2780) not later than July 22, 2016. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
