NOTICE OF
BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Otter Creek Hylands Road District, Yamhill, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, will be held at the Dundee Fire Department, 801 99W Dundee OR 97115. The meeting will take place on July 6th at 6:00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting to discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after 7/01/2016 at 23415 NE Hyland Dr. Newberg OR 97132 between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm.
