The purpose of this Notice is to invite you to a Public Hearing at a Planning Commission meeting on Monday, July 25, 2016 at 7pm in the City Council Chambers, 155 NW 2nd Ave to review the following application:
• DR 16-04 Rudnick Electric Signs, LLP – Site & Design Review
application for a proposed commercial/manufacturing building
for a sign frabrication shop in an M-1 Light Industrial Zone located
at 1400 SE Township Road.
A staff report and applicant submittal will be available on the City’s website by July 18, 2016.
