Notice is hereby given that the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) will hold a public hearing at 10:30 a.m. on July 27, 2016, at 1800 SW First Ave., Suite 300, Portland, OR 97201 in the Alsea Conference Room (adjacent to lobby area), for the purpose of taking comments on the agency’s draft findings for an exemption from competitive bidding for the project identified above. Any interested party may appear at the hearing and present public comments.
A copy of the draft findings may be obtained from TriMet’s Procurement and Contracts Department upon request.
