CITY OF GRESHAM
WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT METHODOLOGY AND CHARGES ADOPTION

The Gresham City Council will hold a hearing to consider updating methodologies and the resulting rates for the City of Gresham’s Water and Wastewater System Development Charges (SDCs). System Development Charges provide funding for public facilities necessitated by growth.

A copy of the report detailing the methodology changes will be available upon request at least Sixty (60) days prior to the public hearing. Any person who would like to comment on these updates may present oral testimony at the hearing or a letter may be submitted to the Council prior to the hearing. Following the public hearing, a decision on adoption of the methodology changes may be made by City Council.
