NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Board Elect of the future Oak Lodge Water Services District will hold a meeting at the Oak Lodge Water District Office on 14496 SE River Road. Oak Grove, OR 97267 on August 1, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. This meeting will have a quorum of the Oak Lodge Sanitary District Board of Directors present. The agenda is set to include the following: 1) Call to Order and Flag Salute; 2) Public Comment; 3) Approval of July 25, 2016 OLWS Board Meeting Minutes; 4) Resolution 2016-1; Affirming the Initial Management Transition Team; 5) Boundary Change Petition Update – Eileen Eakins, Board Counsel; 6) Consolidation Process Update; 7) Website Update and Recommendation; 8) Recommendation to Hire a Transition Manager; 9) Business from the Manager; 10) Business from the Board; 11) Public Comment; 12) Executive Session; the Board will convene into executive session in accordance with ORS 192.660(2)(a) and 192.660(7) to consider the employment of an officer, employee, staff member or agent; 13) Action from Executive Session; 14) Adjourn.
