PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application is being reviewed by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET WRG-04-16, a request by Matthew Chesley for Willamette River Greenway approval to replace a dwelling on a parcel identified as Tax Lot 4106-101, located at 37108 NE Wilsonville Road, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 502 and 902 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may respond in writing by August 4, 2016, to comment on, or to request the application be considered at a public hearing.
