Sealed proposals for the provision of Communications Center Digital Audio Recording Solution and Integration Service will be received at the office of the Manager, Contracts and Procurement, of the Port of Portland, 7200 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97218 (mailing address: Post Office Box 3529, Portland, Oregon 97208) until the time indicated above.
The Port of Portland (the “Port”) is soliciting proposals from experienced firms and individuals (the “Provider or Providers”) capable of providing equipment and system integration services necessary for a Communications Center Digital Audio Recording Solution capable of capturing audio from at least 30 source inputs. Providers are encouraged to partner if their firm does not meet all of the requirements of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Port intends to contract with a single Provider for the equipment purchase, installation, commissioning, training, and system warranty / maintenance services for the system.
