REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: RFP 002-2016 ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

Sealed proposals will be received until: July 18, 2016 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time for Architectural Services.
Proposals shall be submitted to Yamhill Carlton School District#1 in a sealed envelope and delivered to:

A Pre-proposal meeting will be held at 3:00 PM on July 8, 2016, meeting will be in the Board Room at the afore mentioned District address.
Briefly the projects will include a new multipurpose gymnasium built in a concreate dome format, additions to or replacement of a STEM building, replacement of outdated building systems, improve safety and security systems and minor revisions to the High School cafeteria. These projects will be funded with the proceeds from the passage of a $14.2M bond in May, 2016 and a matching $4M state grant. The total project budget is $18.2M.
